Sketch note on climate anxiety

in

Inspired by Mike Rohde / Sketchnote Army, I started sketchnoting in the last few years. I’ve drawn and written for ages, and ended up separating the two ways of putting thoughts onto paper somewhere along the line. It’s refreshing to combine them again. And amazing how much adding a few doodles and varying font sizes can make your notes way more exciting, and memorable.

These two and a half pages are my sketch notes from a talk by Caroline Hickman, a climate psychologist and researcher back in late 2022. It was while I worked on web content at Greenpeace and eventually turned into an article on How to find hope in a climate crisis.
