Instigated by Studio Danmole, The Loft Bham was pop-up shop with a difference. It aimed to rethink uses of space within a city, and rather than supply goods, The Loft opened up to support emerging creatives in expanding their work and presence.
During the 6-month pilot, the unit was split into two areas: a dedicated exhibition & event space and an affordable studio space. I worked with the team on creative direction, planning & running our event programme, and marketing/design activities like creating publications, securing press features and expanding the reach of the project.
